On a narrow road without priority signs, the vehicle that enters first has the right of way.
If there is uncertainty about which vehicle entered first, priority is given to the one with the greatest difficulty in maneuvering. When reversing is necessary, the following order of precedence applies:
Special vehicles and transport exceeding standard mass or size limits.
Vehicle combinations, except those listed in point 4.
Animal-drawn vehicles.
Passenger vehicles towing trailers up to 750 kg GVM and motorhomes.
Public transport vehicles, such as buses.
Trucks, tractor-trailers, and vans.
Passenger cars and their derivatives.
Special vehicles within standard mass and size limits, along with quadricycles and light quadricycles.
Three-wheeled vehicles, motorcycles with sidecars, and three-wheeled mopeds.
Two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, and bicycles.
If two vehicles, whether of the same type or different, encounter a situation requiring one to reverse, priority will be given to the vehicle that needs to reverse the longest distance. If both vehicles need to reverse an equal distance, the right of way will be granted to the one with the greater width, length, or maximum authorized weight.
