Professional drivers transporting hazardous goods must adhere to a strict alcohol limit, not exceeding 0.15 milligrams of alcohol per liter of exhaled air or 0.3 grams per liter of blood.
According to the law, this regulation applies to vehicles used for goods transportation with a maximum authorized mass (MMA) exceeding 3,500 kg, passenger transport vehicles with more than nine seats, as well as those designated for public service, school and child transport, hazardous material transport, emergency services, or special transport.
