A category B driving license allows the holder to drive:
Passenger cars (up to 3,500 kg and a maximum of 9 seats, including the driver).
Mopeds (two-, three-, or four-wheeled) with a maximum speed of 45 km/h and an engine capacity of up to 50cc (if petrol) or 4 kW (if electric).
However, a category B license does NOT allow the driver to operate:
Motorcycles above 125cc, which require a category A or A2 license.
Vehicles requiring a category A license, such as larger motorcycles.
